What is your return policy?

Canvas & Canvas are proud to offer a 7 day money back guarantee, providing the artwork has not been damaged by the owner and is returned in original condition. Please see Our Guarantee page for more information.

Can I collect my order in person?

Due to occupational health & safety regulations at our warehouses we are unable to facilitate pickups of your artwork. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.

Why should I sign up for the VIP Club?

We email our VIP members notification of the latest artworks before they go live onto the website. This gives VIP members the first opportunity to secure themselves a limited edition Canvas & Canvas piece.

What's a limited edition?

Every Canvas & Canvas artwork is limited to only 99 of each. Once 99 have been sold on the website it will no longer be available for purchase. Note: This is 99 across all sizes, not 99 of each size.

How do I know that my artwork is authentic?

Each artwork is stamped and numbered by the artist and comes with a Canvas & Canvas Certificate of Authenticity. This certifies that the piece is a Canvas & Canvas original, limited edition artwork.

How do you ship your artwork?

Australian orders are delivered via TOLL IPEC courier service. International orders will begin early in 2012. For more information, see the Delivery Info page.

What if damage occurs during shipping?

Our artworks are packed with the highest level of padding and protection possible to ensure it arrives safely. Check the Packaging video on the Product Specs page to see our artwork packaging in action.

In the event that any damage does occur to your artwork during delivery, get in touch with us via the Contact page and we will arrange to have it collected and replaced.

Do I have to create an account to shop?

No, you don't need an account, but creating an account will allow you to keep track of your orders and save your addresses to make future checkouts much quicker. If you don’t wish to create an account, simply Check Out as a Guest.

I can't add items to my cart?

Most of these issues are caused because your browser has javascript turned off. The site requires javascript to be turned on in order to function.

Does the artwork look like the images online?

Your artwork will be an almost exact replica of the image that you see on the site. However, as each Canvas & Canvas artwork is hand painted by one of our artists, each piece will have its own individual characteristics that make it unique. This is true with any original, hand painted art.

How is the artwork framed?

For our stretched artworks, the canvas is stretched and fitted onto a 5cm thick wooden frame. See the Stretcher Framing section on the Product Specs page for more information.

Do you have a showroom?

Canvas & Canvas. is an internet business and for that reason we do not have a showroom or a store to view our products.  This is the reason we are able to offer such great prices to our customers. We offer high quality imagery of the artwork as well as a money back guarantee, to ensure our customers peace of mind when purchasing.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

Is it safe to make credit card payments online?

The Canvas & Canvas website uses SSL Encryption and has the RapidSSL Seal.

All payments made on the Canvas & Canvas website are processed by the Paypal Payment Gateway which is highly reliable and secure.

What payment methods are accepted?

We thank you for paying via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia wide courier system. Please ensure you provide a residential or business address during check out.

Does someone need to be home for delivery?

It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items, we suggest having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside.

Does your postage fee include insurance?

Yes, freight costs include full insurance.

How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Typical delivery times expected are:
2 – 5 business days (VIC & NSW)

3 – 5 business days (SA, ACT, QLD)
5 – 7 business days (WA, NT & TAS)

Please allow for an extra day or 2 for all rural deliveries.

Please note these time frames are estimates, and our carriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.

How much is delivery?

We offer Australia wide courier for all products in the Canvas & Canvas range. All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. To easily calculate your delivery, simply enter your postcode at the checkout screen.
